We recently worked with this company for custom medals for our event, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Following a let down from another company to provide Pin Badges - I sent a request at short notice to enquire if they could provide these also, Lou immediately stepped in and took care of everything with speed and professionalism. Every message was answered promptly, and nothing was too much trouble. The medals and badges arrived exactly on time as needed and looked great.
